Why finally lose these extra pounds? That's 60 pounds for me and 36 for David, for a total of 96 pounds? My Husband and I have both been heavier than we prefer all of the 12 years we have been together. We both are looking in improve our health and lives as we chase after our 4 year old son. We hope to have another child in the near future. I'd like to lose weight before I get pregnant again to avoid high blood pressure and bed rest again.

Dave and I want to be the best husband, wife, parents we can be. but that starts with being the best "me" we can be.
